New year, new menu

As many of our regular guests and visitors will know, the hotel has been closed recently for a period of refurbishment whilst we carried out some upgrades on items such as our water tanks and refurbishing a number of rooms and some of the public areas of the building. We also took the opportunity to redesign some of our dining offers and were proud to launch our brand-new menu when we reopened on the 15th January.

Our Head Chef Philip Long, alongside his son, Sous Chef Charles, and the whole brigade have designed a menu which continues the proud Petwood tradition of showcasing the very best in local produce that Lincolnshire has to offer. Working with suppliers such as Mel Ward (butchery) and Alfred Enderby (fish) the new dishes make the most of high quality seasonal ingredients to create the quality of menu and dining experience that the hotel is well known for. These exclusive Petwood dishes showcase the talent and skill of our highly creative kitchen team and we are delighted to share them with you here.
